As such, no action has been taken.
As you know very well, that I have rejected your offer of extending the warranty without changing all the filters which is
EQUAL TO GIVING OXYGEN TO A DEAD PERSON.
AS A SERVICE PERSON, YOU KNOW IT VERY WELL.

I am enclosing again the AMC copy and Purchase copy to you as is requested by Mr. Manoj, your technician as is required by you, he said.
( This has been given so many times to you in my mails and the hard copies have been posted many times to your Chennai office and to your corporate office. )

ARE THEY GOING TO REPLACE THE FILTERS WHEN I CALL FOR SERVICE?
KINDLY ADVICE THE SERVICE PEOPLE TO REPLACE THE FILTERS IN YOUR LETTER CLEARLY..


WITHOUT REPLACING THE FILTERS IS LIKE GIVING OXYGEN TO A DEAD PERSON.

I HAVE REPEATEDLY REQUESTED YOU TO SUGGEST AMC WITH FILTERS FOR WHICH I AM READY TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE AMOUNT.


AS A SERVICE HEAD, YOU KNOW VERY WELL ABOUT THE SERVICE.

Kindly inform me what is the steps taken to resolve the issue..

1) Are you going to repay the balance AMC amount with interest?
2) Are you going to extend AMC by replacing the filters?
3) Are you going to extend the warranty for RO+UV Enhance model by replacing all the filters ?

I have already disagreed with you about just extending the warranty without replacing the filters..

Kindly inform me ( mail ID and Phone numbers and designations) about your higher officials who can take decision on this ..
I will talk to them/ or they can talk to me to solve this problem.

Kindly check how much money I have to pay after adjusting the balance amount for taking AMC for one year?
Extending AMC for six months without replacing the FILTERS. ( FILTERS are being used for more than a year.. As you know, it is the time to replace the ALL THE FILTERS...) Without replacing the filters, the system - RO + UV ENHANCE MODEL IS WORTHLESS..)

I AM REALLY INTERESTED IN TAKING AMC FOR ONE YEAR..
KINDLY GIVE ME THE BEST OFFER AFTER ADJUSTING THE BALANCE AMOUNT SO AS TO PAY....

1. CUST. ID: for OLD INOVA MODEL..1000636524 having 3 years AMC from 03 SEP 2013 to 02 Sep 2016
for an amount of Rs. 3620/= vide Contract Receipt No. 10 / 22358773 dated 21 Aug 2013.

2. CUST. ID for NEW RO+UV ENHANCE MODEL 1012057551 purchased on EXCHANGE ON 22 MARCH 2015 vide
No.3868 from your authorized franchise of Venus RO system from West Mambalam, Chennai. 600033. (One of the worst
sale person, I ever had met.. who never fulfills his promises..never bothered about the customer after sales..)

3. I have repeated request for extended my warranty period or to refund the AMC excess money on the exchange of the upgraded model.. ( approx. 1 year 5 months 11 days..= Rs.1760 + interest @18% for two years till date Rs.640..= Rs.2400/=

4. I am enclosing the Xerox copies of a) AMC … and b) RO+UV Enhance model Purchase copy..

0N 22 MARCH 2015 ORDER CUM RECEIPT DATE 22 MARCH 2015 RECEIPT NUMBER 3868.. FROM THE BRANCH MANAGER Mr. K. RUTHRAMURTHY UNDER THE CONDITION THAT

A) the balance AMC amount/period should be extended to the new RO system and and under special scheme of promotion, and senior citizen offer, the service will be free for life long..

B) My repeated request to him about this nature.. no fruitful reply..he never want to discuss the matter once the sales is over..
C) My repeated requests in service reports for AMC extension and call to service center is no use at all..
D) My repeataed complaint to to your service center is .."We will forward your complaint to our higher officials.."..
No response from your office..

Even today, I have talked with Mr. Hussain (19 Aug 2016 around 1015 AM) and again Ms Sahana (1043 AM) from this your office number.. +912266201500.. You can verify this...
But to my surprise, I am getting an SMS stating that "we are unable to contact you regarding AMC...etc" around 4.43pm today..from IM-EUREKA...

My repeated requests for the AMC extension OR repayment of the balance unused AMC amount is still going ON..

CAN YOU LOOK INTO THIS AND SOLVE THIS PROBLEM?
