Complaint Details
I had logged a service request vide No 2004479068 on 29th Aug 17 for replacement of a filter catridge of water filter I had purchased from this company on 16 Mar 17. The reply message informed that it will be attended in 2 working days. I have been contacting the customer care over phone (toll) for the last 7 days, but to no avail. The compalint was sent by email vide No 0100482359 on 08 Sep again. When asked to escalate the call centre persons refuse to do so. Kindly inervene and settle the service request at the earliest. The item is in warranty till 16th of this month.
