Complaint Details
As I booked the D403 apartment in Pacifica Aurum, Phase 2, Chennai Project on March, 2013 . And I paid my 20% down payment and agreement was signed on august 2013, after that there was no communication from the builder on the payment and when we requested they said that they will let us know about the payment. But since then there was no communication on the payment of demand. Then we checked with builder they released the payment demand letter. In that there was Rs.65,000 was charged as interest rate which is 18.5%. And they are saying any how you have to pay the interest to the bank , so pay the same interest to Pacifica which you suppose to pay to the bank. which is totally unethical and unprofessional. Basically the mistake is from their side but they are not ready to accept and also cheating customers to pay the interest which is very high too.
