This is regarding Invoice no#s BDR0002844 and BDR0002820 dated 25/05/2013
Store Name: Titan Eye Plus, Meenakshi Mall, Bangalore

I ordered two bifocal lenses and a frame for my dad. However, just after two months, one of the lens got broken and when I visited the same store today, they told me that I need to pay extra and replace the lens. I told them that its just two months old, but they were reluctant to give me the replaced lenses for free of cost.
I paid approx. 3,000 for the lens and the frame. This is much higher than the market price. When I enquired why they gave me fault lenses, they told that they did advise us to upgrade the lenses to a higher grade. But actually this is not correct. They are lying and they never provided me any information at the time of buying.
