Complaint Details
I have got Call from Mr. Viraj (9987964166) of Times India Vacations Limited on 30-03-2016 that since I am a frequent buyer at Amazon so my email id has been selected for a promotional offer from Times India Vacations Limited. He informed that this offer is valid only for 30-03-2016 and if I book a holiday package which would cost me Rs 5555/- then I will get an assured expensive gift. Upon inquiring from Mr. Viraj that why company is giving such expensive gifts for booking a low budget package. He said that its a promotional offer and we want the persons to market our product in return. He emailed me all stuff. I receive email from timesindiavacationltd@india.com with all gift promises. On next day 31-04-2016 Mr. Viraj again called me and informed that offer is still valid and I will get assured gift. So I booked the package.

Mr. Viraj Guided me over telephone to register on website http://timesindiavacation.com and fill information in the online forms and finally online payment was made. After booking package I asked Mr. Viraj to provide the list of destinations where I can go. He informed that this is available on website and he informed me that by 4th April I will get all assured gifts and welcome kit with all details. When I checked the website to my surprise there was no details of destinations. The website was without complete information. The copyright is also not mentioned on the website. I was worried that, whether I had a mistake and so I explored the net for any complaints against this company and very soon I was able to track one. I immediately reported this to Times vacations and asked for a clarification. Mr. Viraj replied that this customer was not selected for promotional offer and his amount is refunded as per his request. I asked Mr. Viraj to email me the docket number and details of items being shipped to me, but Mr. Viraj refused to do it and said as per company policy we will tell the docket number to you and you please note it down. Now I was very confident that this might be a fraud. I repeatedly asked to send the details of courier through emails and phone. Finally when I did not get any proper response I asked for refund on 02-04-2016. To my surprise email to refundpayment@india.com was bouncing. This was also reported to Mr. Viraj

I received email from Time Vacations on 04-04-2016 asking bank details for refund of money. Same was provided to them. On 04-04-2016 I received a courier from the company and as suspected it was bogus. A simple envelop and inside of it their was two photostat copy of some forms. I have even send my friend the company office in Mumbai as mentioned on Website but he was not able to locate the office.
