Dear Sir/Mam,

This is to inform that after doing all your testing process from your representative we have Installed your product Aquagard Total RO Protec+ on 27.09.2010 our cust no.1007439495 , but it worked for only three months. This happens every two or three months often, now your representative asking us to install a separate filter proof worth of Rs 1600/-.

Why don’t’ you install this in the beginning itself now we are almost struggling with out drinking water for one year and we spend Rs 1600/- every month to get drinking water. Me and my family are very much mentally disturbed for the failure of your product, How your company is going to compensate this? We need your immediate reply or we may go to consumer court.
