Complaint Details
1. The 1st month itself the machine stopped functioning. The light would move only till the 2nd level – from orange to red but never to green. Even after complaining in customer care, online, your local office in Koperkhairane but seldom did anyone turn up, whereas the Turn Around Time (TAT) is approx. 24 hrs.
After exactly 8 days an engineer came and rectified the issue saying the machine is a little faulty, let me speak to my ASM and try to get it changed.
BUT NO ACTION FOLLOWED>
