asked eureka Forbes for service and AMC on 14-01-2011 the technician sent was from Rubicon services on 20-01-2011 on receiving the service entered into a AMC with Rubicon services thinking they must be having a tie up with Eureka Forbes on calling for services again and again no service was being provided for weeks finally called up eureka Forbes on 01-06-2011 they say that they do not have any tie up with Rubicon services and i am in AMC with Eureka Forbes. the tecnician visiting also never carries an identity card with him and asks to take the purifier for servicing at his workshop. kindly request you to look into the matter
