We purchase Model Euroclean Wet & Dry VAcumm Cleaner from Eureka Forbes thro DC No. 17194442 dt. 30.11.10 for Rs. 10000 by their Delivery representative Mr. Gnanaraj (Ph 9551289178, 9003189178). At the time of purchase we deny to buy stating that Eureka Forbes service is not satisfied, since we already feel problem in their Aqua Guard, but Mr. Gnanaraj gave false promise that if the service people didn't came he himself will come for service by giving his 2 mobile numbers mentioned above.
It is very pity to say that, machine was giving more noise within a month. When we call for service thro their customer care no (complaint No. 84573765 dt. 29.03.11) their Service Rep Mr. Prabhu (Ph 9884667331) came for service saying that motor was faulty and he can change with new one when he receive the stock.So several followups with him he gave his Manager Mr. Meenakshi Sundaram's Contact(Ph 9361877744) for the motor replacement. When we approached him, we were told that within 2 days he will receive the stock and he can replace the motor within a week. After that we are following several times to all the three Mr. Gnanaraj, Mr. Prabhu, and Mr. Meenakshi Sundaram, nobody is picking our calls.
Then we tried thro online and we are given Web ticket no. 06cfc06c879 dt. 02.05.11 no response received and when we try to escalate, messaged is coming that it is not a valid Ticket no. When again tried online we got the Ticket No. dee8e4e7108d on 17.05.11 after all 3 steps of escalation as fourth escalaction level i came here. Eventhough we are in the warranty period their lethargic action for the complaints is very much regrettable. after paying the full amount we are unable to use the product for more than 3 months.The vacuum cleaner is now sitting like a doll in my home. Repeated calls and enquiries are turning out to be futile. It’s surprising to see that people sell the product that they are so enthusiasitc, but the service is so pathetic. please help us in this regard.
