Complaint Details
We have an Aquaguard Total Reviva, which we purchased in Nov 2006. It is under AMC, which we duly renew every year without fail. To collect the AMC the service centre contacts us quite regularly. But the quality of service in the last 6 months has been a total let down. Each time we call someone for service, we have to follow it up with 3-4 calls more. The problem mostly is not water filling up in the container. But after this issue is fixed, there's always leakage and my shelf where the filter is fitted is gets flooded. Repeated calls to the customer care centre will bring no respite.

This time also the same problem occured. I registered a complaint on 28th May 2011, for water not filling up in the container. The technician came only on Monday (30th May 2011). He supposedly fixed this issue, reconnected everything back. Without even waiting to check if the fix has been proper he left. Once the water started filling in, the leak started. I called the service number again and reported the leak. They assured that a technician would soon come and rectify the issue. Repeated calls to the service centre has elicited only the same reply. It has been 4 days now and till today none has even come to take a look at the issue. We do not have any drinking water in the house and have been buying water from outside.
We are extremely dissatisfied at the customer service provided by Eureka Forbes despite having an AMC.
