Issue Facing : In 4 months after purchase, Twice there was a gas leakage and due
to this there was no cooling. Water Leakage and ice-breaking sound
in Indoor Unit. Service Engineer of UNITECH AIRCON took the
machines to service centre and got it repaired. Since gas leakage
within 6 months from the dt. of purchase which shows that Voltas has
sent me faulty machine. I want to get it replace with new one
otherwise I have no other go to lodge a complaint with
Consumer Redressel Cell to get the justice.

Please let me know UNITECH AIRCON, Chembur, Mumbai are the
service engineers of the Voltas because they were not willing to give
me the repairing report and whatever report they have given it is
unsigned. It shows that there is someting wrong from the Voltas side.
