My contract was renewed on 31st Dec. 2010, last week the Service man cleaned the cartridge and told that it needs replacement. After complaining to they agreed to send Sr. technicins but they sent the same guy today and he adviced us to replace the candle and said to give 1 year guaranty hwich is unfair. Why this guaranty was not given initialy on the first time. The quality of water is same BMC and good quality. THis should be repalced free of cost as i feel there is the problem with the quality of the cartridge provided initialy & should be replaced free of cost if it is within 1 year under warranty. also, MK services do not provide us any kind of receipt or evidence of services done. last year they did not replace the candle even though it was mentioned & agreed in the contract. I feel it is a cheating on MK services' part. Wouldl ike to hear from you or i may be forced to take legal action.thanks
