I have bought the product in the month of March, 2011. The executive basavaraju told that the original invoice will be delivered after my payment cheque get realised. But eventhough my cheque was cleared, till date the receipt/invoice was not sent/delivered.
Even when I contact the sales person, he's irresponsive not attending the calls. Before selling the product the sales person begged me at my doorsteps everyday. But after selling the product
he is no where in reach to me. Very nice sales approach your guys are following. There should be a courtesy when any sales person is dealing to the customer. But your guys lacks that. I am referring to Basavaraju and one more person by name Naga....(who was initiated the talks with me).
After all this bullshit I called your (so called) customer care. Again here the guys are of IVR type, where they will have readymade answer saying that " We will resolve your problem at the arliest". I have logged the complaint on 13th May, 2011. But till today this issue was not resolved, and nobody is taking ownership towards this call.
I have called about 101 times which is of total waste of money by calling your TOLLED customer care.
Treat this as a severe warning, which if I am not getting my request resolved within 24 hours, I will drag you people to Consumer Forum and file a complaint as CHEATING CASE.
