I had purchased a water purifier (Model Aquaguard Total RO) on 21 may 2011 the sales man had instaled defective peice the machine has stopped workinkg next day after doing complained again & again nobody from eureka forbes give me the proper answer for tis negligence & yet after 13 days (3 june 2011 ) my problem has no been resolved .
I have also raised a complaint online (ticket # a1dbc20073df). I was promised that the problem would be attended to within 48 hours but nothing happened. I have been continuously contacting the persons of sales & sevice but each and every time the standard answer that I get from the representatives is that "the issue will be fixed within two hour"
Everybody Says taht i dont know that you have so much problem & the issue will be solt out within two hour.
now i am so much fedup from eureka forbes that i dont want to instal the machine & also not recommend anyone about eureka forbes
I hope that this issue will be resolved at the earliest after your intervention
