I had purchased this Aquaguard Reviva Water Purifier on 20.03.2011. It started developing faults within a month and now has stopped working completely. I had registered a complaint on 29.05.2011 (Complaint No.84867728) and the technician came after a cool 3 days and left without rectifying the fault.After that repeated calls to the call centre and online complaints have failed to wakeup the sleeping Eureka Forbes Team. I already suffered from a poor Aquaguard purifier and had to replace it within 3 years. I have warned my friends and neighbours against purchasing Eureka Forbes's products and they have putoff their plans.

I am sure with this quality of product and after sales service, customers will soon throw out Eureka Forbes from the market and it seems the Company is waiting for that to happen.
