We purchase their Sensa model, which is the most expensive and sofisticated of their offering in dec 2010. within two days the pipe came off and there was water all over my kitchen. technican came after 2 days of repeatative calling. fixed it. same evening the same pie again came off. Again my kitchen was in a mess. it again took almost 4 days to get a technician to come and fix it. a few days later the pipe started leaking from the same place. technician came after another 2 or days. siad it was leaking because the water pressure in supply was high. we never had such a problem in our previous water purifier. okay so he put a regulator on extra charge which we paid. About two months back water started leaking deom the purifier itself. Nothing to do with line pressure as it was the water which is store in the container of the unit. Within the last two months the technicans have made about 5 to 6 attenpts but they have not been able to stop the leakage. because of the water leak my cabinet wood is getting spoilt. we have been unable to use the water purifier for last two months. moreover, the technicians do not provide any work order. this means that we are left with no documentary evidence of how many times they have attended the same problem, and how we have suffered because of their incompetency. Very unfair trade practice. Now i am convinced that the product is bad and the service even worse as they are not able to solve the problem after repeated attempts. i insist that they take the water purifier back and return my money in full. Rs. 17,000/-. I will take a risk with anothet brand, afterall the best known brand has let us down.
