I have purchase on 24/11/09 an aqua fresh, but when I registered the complaint, they have asked for Rs.1300/- a product of Rs.7190/- how can I incur such an expenditure, moreover during purchased I was not informed that the carbon should be reffiled every six months for which I have to incur Rs.300/- once a six months,only 1year and 6 months you product is not working and you charge exhoribant amount for service now I request you to give me another water purifier by taking this back or get it repaired free of cost except for the charges of carbon exchanging similarly a product of Rs.7190 the carbon exchange should be 150 how can u charge such a huge amt, even if I use LPG for only water boiling I can use a whole year for this.this is very very expensive which you people don't tell the customers while canvassaing and I feel I have been cheated
