Complaint Details
I purchased Reviva Aquagaurd RO on 17.5.2010. As per the service conditions, first free service was done after 5 month and in this way only three services were provided to us.
Today when asked about this, the service person said that your SB is not working and you have to take AMC.
This has happened only due to the non compliance of the proper service schedule by the company.
