Complaint Details
Since Feb'11 the Eureka Forbes RO fitted at our Raghunathpur site office is reported unserviceable which was lodged to the local service centre at Durgapur.On 29 th April'11 one person appeared to our site and repaired the RO but the cooler was not attended. Till day the cooler is lying unusuable condition. While contacting Eureka Forbes, Durgapur office they are not taking any action in this regard.
Reliance Infra Structure Limited has entered into AMC with Eureka Forbes, Durgapur for the period 29.12.2010. to 28.12.2011. enclosed all relevant documents are attached herewith as your ready reference.
