My Cutomer ID is 1001029311. I made a service call on01/06/2011 (ref no. 0062445878). Inspite of my repeated follow up, no service person visited to fix the problem in the Water Purifier (reviva from Eureka Forbes). This poor response observed many times with them. In the last one year no free service check up done for this machine against the schedule of minimum 3. Request support
