Complaint Details
The water purifier was purchased on 31 May 2011 and I was told that the installation will be done on 1st Morning. Since then I have been following up with them on a daily basis and still no one has come for installation. Payment has been done on 31st May on request of the Sales Rep that he needs to meet his sales target. I have so far never come across such pathetic service. The people responding to the calls are so cold and every one gives false promises and no one lives by what they say. I feel cheated. If this is the start, how will after sales service be?????
