Couple of months back I have purchased a Vaccum Cleaner from Eureka Forbes Company. Did is because I trust your brand. Unfortunately my experience with your company has been extremely dissappointing. Once I purchased no one bothered to show the demonstration of the product. Recently it stopped working and I raised a complaint on 22nd May 2011 and till date I have been either calling the call center and submitting your online requests for services and no one bothered to call back and attend. I request immediate addressal of this issue including compensation for loss of my time and peace of mind.
