Complaint Details
Complaints.
1. Purchase flat at Golden Blossom Project in 2006. Builder delayed posession of flat by a year and finally got the posession in May 2009. Did not get any rental compensation as per AOS.
2. None of the amenities like club house and swimming pool have been pprovided. Since the last 4 years have not done anything to build them.
3. Utter lack of service to consumers and have taken them from granted.
4. Not willing to give back the corpus fund collected from consumers to the association formed.
5. Have support of 400+ residents in this complaint.
Kindly advise next steps iif you are recognised by Govt of India and how you can take up this matter and get justice to 400+ residents.
