Complaint Details
I have brought the water purifier(iNova) from Eureka Forbes in 2008 and and recently i had call the help line at 3988 3333 and placed a service request 84894795.


Its been more then five days since the service request has been raised it has not been addressed.

I had called the customer care three times after the initial request and every time the agent gave false promise wasting my time and effort.

The actual service was suppose to be addressed in 46 hours. it been more then 82 hours not still no news from the company.
