Dear Sir/Madam,

I have installed Aqua guard (Compact) at my home. In Eureka Forbes my Customer Code is 1004834473. It is registered in the name of my father Mr. Vallabhdas H Dawda.

I had done a service contract renewal on 07/06/09 for two years & my receipt No. was 16794145. The contract expired on 06/06/2011.

On 04/06/2011, I received a call on my mother's mobile (9867224833) from landline number 22917334. There was a lady she informed my father that she is calling from service centre of "Aqua Guard" & she also told me to renew the contract before 6th June.

She said she will send a technician at my place on monday or tuesday to renew the contract. Today the person had visited my place & he suddenly went inside & started performing the duties. After that he asked for renewal payment in cheque/cash at that time my parents paid him cash & the contract was renewed.

When I came home, i realized that the contract was renewed with a company called "AQUA PERFECT" situated in Goregaon West (Address:- PH-1326-11, Perera society, Yashwant Nagar, Opp. Ganesh Mandir - Contact numbers:- 2291 7334/9029180694 & their help line no. is 9224997704.

THIS IS A CASE OF CHEATING WHERE MY UNEDUCATED PARENTS WERE CHEATED BY THE ABOVE COMPANY BY TAKING Eureka Forbes product name.

I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST THE COMPANY called Aqua Perfect. I AM SURPRISED HOW SHE CAME TO KNOW THAT MY CONTRACT IS EXPIRED AS I HAD NEVER DONE AMC FROM OUTSIDE EURKA FORBES.
