Complaint Details
After completion 1 year of warranty period Aquaguard co. (Serampore Br.) contact with my father (purchaser) over telephone to insist for contract of Annual Mainnenance (AMC) for 3 years (free 6 services). One person came from co. and take Rs.2500/- giving a Eureka Forbs printed card. After 6 months when we call for 1st service, one other person came from co. and told that maintenance card is false and franchise has already been changed. He said new franchisee is not responsible for the payable amount. So, we feel we are cheated by co. Therefore, I request please take action, so either we can get money refund or get service for three years.
