Sir, i have purchased a Aquaguard purifier in the yr.2009 and also had done AMC valid till 2013. I had problems in the connections to the achine and also the water flow was very slow for which i lodged complaint on 24th may vide complaint no.326, but till date they have not responed to us instead of repeated calls and avoiding the same by some other reason for which i feel being cheated.
