Dear Sir,

I have bought a new Water purifier on 2nd june. Till date the device has not been installed and no effort was made to even start the process. When i call the customer care i always get to hear wrong commitments and false confirmations saying that we have escalated the case and i will get a call very shortly. But that never happened. This has created lot of tension impacted my office work in a major way waiting at home at the time Eureka forbes has commited. The issue is still not resolved and get to hear the same reason. I request you to kindly look into the issue and help me here.
