Further to my complaint against same company dated 08/06/2011 - Complaint Number - 0000821/2011, Mr. Mahendra had visited my residence claiming that he is from Eureka forbes & than he started servicing of Aqua guard. In the process he replaced the purifier with a duplicate one which is available in market at Rs. 60/- & he damaged the actual purifier of Aqua guard costing Rs. 750/-.

I have kept both the samples at my residence as when i came to know that Mr. Mahendra & M/S Aqua perfect are not authorised appointed service agents of Eureka forbes, I called a technician from Eureka Forbes.

He gave insight on the above that M/S Aqua perfect has damaged my product while servicing.

I have paid Rs. 750/- to Aqua guard & have the bill for the same too.

The moment I called up M/S Aqua perfect that i have filed a complaint against them in police station as well as your website I got refund of Rs. 1,500 out of Rs.1,750. Rs. 250/- were deducted for his visit & replace ment of cheap part of Rs. 60/-. Apart from that he damaged my actual product & I had to bear additional cost of Rs. 750/-

I request you to ask the company to give me refund of Rs. 1,000/-. I have kept the original damged part done by Mr. Mahendra of M/S Aqua perfect as well as The cheap part installed by them of Rs. 60/-.

I can submitt the bill of Rs. 750/- from Eureka forbes dated 09/06/2011 to prove the damage done to me by M/S aqua perfect.
