Dear Sir / Madam,

I had got Aquasure Pearl installed at my place on 6-June-11 and just after a day it has not been functioning. I have raised a complaint 3-4 times but no one has attended that yet. Can you please help here.As I have a 1 year old kid and I am facing problems because of this. Given below are my complaint numbers Tele-Complaint number is - 84928038.I had also lodged complaints on your website and below is the number for your reference Web service request ticket no is: 3483a5515a34.
Though i understand that they have a TAT of 24-48 hours but in a services industry like this it is important to attend the complaints urgently and not give the reasoning of within 24-72 hours as I was following up with their staff in Pune and wasted 2-3 days time already.To provide important service like clean drinking water when the customer has paid the price in full is their responsibility.Can you please help here.
