Complaint Details
Dear Sir,

Our Customer ID is 1003655001 and we own a REVIVA water filter. The latest
complaint number is 0062505753. The RO water filter is not getting properly
repaired/serviced, now for more than a year. Close to 10 visits were made
between, Sai Chaithnya Services and Meghana Services and perhaps somebody else
also. The problem was initially of a leak and then of unstoppable overflow.
Number of times personnel untrained and not so knowledgeable regarding the
gadget and the functions of its parts are deputed. They tinker the machine,change an odd part and
go away after collecting the the charges. No sooner they leave
the problem reoccurs sometimes with another additional one.

All in all they are unable to solve a simple problem of
water leak and now unstoppable overflow. The recent visit was for water
completely stopping. One Filter Cartridge was replaced and we were told that
the weight sensor has packed up and needs replacement which will be attended to
tomorrow (I.e., actually today the 11th June 2011). The machine is now leaking nonstop and of
course we closed the connecting tap. The franchisee person rang up to tell us
initially that the weight sensor is out of stock and we can be attended only on
the coming Monday. When we expressed our great disappointment at their attitude
and service, someone else rang up to tell us that he is trying very hard to get the part
by evening and if he is successful he will come in the evening to
replace/repair.

I am sure you know and understand that this is not at all an acceptable style of functioning
and you all can do better. I am sure you also understand that there are other
and perhaps cheaper brands available in the market, fortunately for us the customers if I may
say so?

Please see if you can help to get our machine repaired at the earliest?
In the meantime we are buying water at Rs.70/- a can every day. Thanking you, Regards.
