Respected sir, i Bishamber Singh mobile no.9022373780(Reliance Number) contact number 9869749400 hereby inform you that i have made a online transaction from freecharge for a amount of 147 Rs. on 13 Sep 2016. According to freecharge offers ,I should get talk time of 147 Rs with Null Validity and 1GB data with 07 days validity.I have made complaint to Reliance as well as freecharge. My complaint number registered at reliance customer care is 249938906 .Which is still not solved and pending, and complaint number with freecharge are 4214654 . I am unable to contact reliance customer care on 198 and *333 after launching my complaint.Freecharge has indicated in their reply through e-mail that operator will give you correct benifits of my recharge.Validity of talk time and data is expiring tonight as per operator, which need to extend as per offer provided by freecharge. plz take action immediately.Thanks for ur kind attention.......NNNNNN
