Hello Sir,
I have credit card with ICICI bank and due date is 26th every month, since from January i'm paying all my dues only on 26th day every month through VISA MONEY TRANSFER, but they levied Interest charges,
late payment fee charges etc for my august bill which reflected in to my account on SEPTEMBER Bill.
Have attached CARD September statement as you can see having records of paid receipt on 26th August 2016, then they should not levy the charges as i'm paying on due date.
Even i'm paying through visa money transfer mode of payment from January 2016 and 26th day of the every month which is the due date.
Due to this , i have raised a complaint and sent a complaint to grievance officer, service quality head and credit card head etc, but noone has been responded.
We have been patience for a long time to get a reply on this solution since few weeks but ICICI not resolved the issue as its completely icici flaws and nothing to do with thee customer end.
Finally i am submitting a complaint regarding the above issue here ,
i have attached the complaint copy sent to ICICI twice and my credit card September statement to check and confirm my payment on 26th date on august 2016
AUGUST MONTH PAID RECEIPT GENERATED ON 26th AUGUST , REF NO : 74346726240004358441632.Since i have paid my dues on 26th august and ICICI levied charges of about 1502 INR to my credit card statement.
I regret this LEVY charges , because i have made payment on due date and its documented on 26th august 2016 in my credit card statement and moreover i'm paying dues from January 2016 on 26th date only.
So i kindly request you to kindly take necessary action on this issue sir and provide me the justice as we are normal customers and we can't able to argue with the bank and they are refusing the same.
We had so much dissatisfied on this issue and lost out trust in this bank and loss so much of precious time as well from the past few week,
Since our intention is to get a solution and reverse the charges which the bank charges incorrectly.
