Sir,
My Name is Joseph John. I am a long term user of Reliance broadband wired line internet connection. My user ID is 246935033805.Customer Account Number (CAN) is 100115554493.My Broadband wired line was dead for more than 20 days in this month. It was dead for the most of the time in last month. I have submitted several complaints regarding the connectivity issues.(Service Request ID 249775452,Service Request ID 249849095,Service Request ID,249849425,Service Request ID 249849095,Service Request ID 249991588,Service Request ID 249991919) all the tickets were submitted by me regarding the connectivity issues. And their back end company just close the complaint without fixing the issue not even contacting me to confirm that the problem has been solved.Every time I contact them, the technical guy says the excuses like "The back up battery at the DSL exchange is bad", "We have no power", "Bad optical fiber cable", "Reliance has not given them the purchase order to buy new cables etc.." and all kinds of other excuses.I don't think that all these are my fault. I am a "work from home- freelancer" working for a US company. And I need internet for 24X7. Because of Reliance, I am having a hard time with my job.To make things worse, Reliance is asking me to make the full monthly payment. I am wondering why should I pay the monthly bills as I have not used internet for even 15 days. I am tired of contacting Reliance customer care and they are just giving me these fake promises on everyday. If they can't fix it, please ask them to let me know so that I can shift to a better provider. I even contacted them to cancel my service. Still no response from them. Your help in this matter will be highly appreciated.
