eureka forbes water purifier model infinity purchased from their sales excecutive mr.P. ashok on 7/5/2011 with full payment. it was supposed to be delivered and installed within a couple of days. many complaints made in this regard to eureka forbes office in chennai. till today no accetion is intiate
