Complaint Details
one Rotimaker was asked to be replaced and for one refund. Goods sent back as per their direction-complaint no.13004678-refused refund so ordered for one inductiion cooktop via Order No.19014648 for 2467 plus shipment charges. Again same was found to be totally defective and asked for refund in lst week of 2016, they are not attending to my calls and online complaint posted. Pl. do the needful I have proof by way of messages on mobile
