Complaint Details
I am holding the Trading Account No. CXO955 at Kassa Finvest Pvt Ltd since February 2013. This is to bring to your attention that on suggestion of Kassa Finvest Pvt Ltd I transferred shares of over Rs 15 lacs from my Client ID 10692279 (DP ID - IN302269) held with India Infoline Ltd to Margin account of Kassa with DP ID IN301330 (Stock Holding Corporation Of India Ltd) under Client ID - 20743522 (Kassa Finvest Pvt Ltd) for the purpose of trading in FNO & Cash segment & they opened my trading Account (CXO955). The shares which were transferred were to be kept / used only as the margin money for trading in F&O Segment. But Kassa Finvest Pvt Ltd has misappropriated the entire funds / securities worth more than 20 lacs by selling them without my knowledge & written consent. Now I request you to transfer all my securities from my Trading Account (CXO955) back to India Infoline Ltd - Client ID 10692279 (DP ID - IN302269) or HDFC Bank Ltd - Client ID 15123863 (DP ID - IN301549
