Loadged initial complaint on 23/5/11 (Complant No. - 00623319422) regarding poor flow from my RO based water purifier (Total Reviva).
After several follow-up the complaint was attended on 28/5/11.
Subsequently, it was observed that RO flush system not working. Immediately brought to the notice of service engineer who attended. He promised to attend it on 31/5/11 evening.
On 31/5/11, service engineering didnot turn up. When he was called, he switched off the phone.
Subsequently, call again made on Eureka Forbes helpline on 31/5/11 evening (Complaint No - 0062436448).
No response received till 10/06/11. When call was made again on 10/6 evening, call operator again gave a new reference no 84942607 and promised to attend within 24 hours.
Complaint yet to be attended. In between, enquiries made from eurekaforbes regarding closure of complaints, but service engineer is yet to respond.
Is this the kind of service we shall expect from Eurekaforbes?
