I am the owner of a water purifier of the above mentioned company.I took AMC for the product and it currently valid. I registerd a service request and got a reply sms on 30-5-11. my req no is 006243200 and cust:no is 1001539070.The service technician called on only on 11-06-11 at around 2 pm. He attened the machine and found that a sensor was faulty. To my surprise he informed me that he had no spare with him and as the office was not functioning afternoon he could rectify the fault only on 13-06-11. See the pathetic state of custome who took the AMC of the company under the impression that he could get prompt service during the AMC period. Moreover I purchased this product to prvent the diseases those are transmitting through water.For the last two weeks the company force us to use the public water which can not be trusted always.Kindly warn the concerend persons so that similar incidents should not happen in future
