Complaint Details
I have purchased fabia Tulsi Extract from them. received the Product bottles in damaged conditions e.g. leaking. Paid them a very price of Rs 799 for apx 60 ml product. I have raised a claim for refund of my money on 24.06.2016, they have approved my claim on 27.06.2016, but till date (05.11.2016), I have not recieved my money back. I have called them apx 25 times but my problem/issue has not been resolved. requesting you to look into the matter. All the details and conversations over phone are recorded by their VRS (Voice Recording System) and my complaints can be tracked by ebay guarantee claim ID no. 2100191. Please help me from these cheaters.
