I got a xiaomi mi band 2 from amazon on 2nd October. Initially it worked properly but on 20th it stopped working. i sent mail to there customer care but there reply was not of any help to me. i called them but still didnot get any useful help. I havent used it for a month. I have waited for this product for a long time and as soon as it got released i ordered it. but it is of no use.please help me with this.
