Dear Sir/M'am,

This is to inform you that I am currently holding an account with HDFC Bank, Cyber City, Branch. Ealier it was a salary but as i left the company it has automatically been converted into savings account.

My grievance is regarding the deduction of the money from account without any intimitation. The amounts which were deducted are as follows:

1) 22nd Sept, 2016 - Rs 66.93 + 556.14
2) 8th Nov, 2016 - Rs 517.90 + 690

However, I have not maintained the account in the past 3 months but i have been intimated about the same.

Request you to kindly look into this matter and help me get the refund from the bank as this is absolutely possible from the bank's end.
