The product was received after 3 weeks of purchase which was claimed to be a made to order product and cancellation was not allowed after 48 hrs of purchase.
1. The back panel is broken (photo attached)
2. Lot of scratches but the mobile camera cannot capture the same.
3. The side support panel is bent because of some pressure applied may be during transport or may be a manufacturing defect.
The product looks very old and used one. I request the seller for a replacement even if it means a delay of some days because I had made purchase during an offer period and I would loose the benefits with no fault of mine. However without my consent the product was picked up and refund given. When I wanted a replacement.
