Dear Sir,
My Hathway account number is 1097804028,
I am not able to watch any channels from 09-12-16, Today on 10-12-16 technician from our local cable operator (Sawantwadi office) visited for repairing and he told me to bring new 40 meter Cable as old cable needs to be changed, So kindly let me know if Cable is to be bought by customer or Hathway? While taking connection I have paid Rs. 5000/- before few years. And Recently I have bought Hathway settop box of Rs. 1100/- and now cable to be bought?
If Hathway is not able to provide cable and quick service to their customers then kindly inform them to take back Settop box which I have bought recently and refund my amount of Rs.1100/- at an earliest,
I request you to kindly look into the matter urgently,
