Complaint Details
Inspite of repeated reminders Air India failed to refund my cancelled tkt. No. 098-2100731315 amounting to Rs. 20,503. Since the ticket was booked on my credit card I am paying the interest to the Credit card unnecessarily for no fault of mine. Kindly intervene and make the refund on my credit card immediately.
