I bought a new Motorola Z Play on 20th Oct and on 22nd dec, I submitted the phone to Service center, Motorola in Bangalore due to display issue and it was supposed to be replaced. First they told it will take 15-20 days. After that they kept on changing the date by 10 days and so on. I frequently contacted the service center on 1800-102-2344, they kept on giving false promises and kept on changing the dates. I am frustrated by them and i requested them for replacement. Also i requested them for refunding the money after deducting the part cost. They are not ready with anything.Its been more than 80 days I am mentally harassed.Please help me.
