I have placed a complain for my Aquagaurd water purifier which was not working and was under AMC. After 3-4 days Mr. Shahid Ai Khan attends the call and inform me that there is a breakdown in one part which repair will cost Rs. 4,000. He also suggested to go for a new Aquagaurd water purifier as the new Aquagard will cost around Rs. 8,500 after all adjustment. Since 3-4 days I have been boiling water for my 2 children one 2 year old I the repair would mean more days. I did accept to go for a new Aquagard as the differential cost would be around Rs. 4,500. Later on when I spoke to my known relatives & friends, they informed me that non on the parts in the Aquagaurd water purifier cost Rs, 4,000 & that a bulb which is the most expensive part in the Aquagaurd water purifier if broken down is covered under AMC.

I also checked the credentials of Mr. Shahid Ai Khan and came to know that he is a sales person. I am surprised how a breakdown call is attended by a sales person from a reputed company such as Eureka Forbes Ltd. After a lot of follow up & complain with Eureka Forbes the complain with Eureka Forbes is still not attended, My complain No. is R.N. 84686573 with Eureka Forbes. I am awaiting justice.
