Complaint Details
Please refer the case : 84833116 logged with eureka call center last month, let me summarize the problem.
- Ordered for Eureka forbes wet and dry cleaner, paid full amount through cheque (Cheque clearance done ).
- Followup with Eureka customer support for delievery of vaccum cleaner..No response / followup.
- Repeated followup with Eureka sales rep / manager..No proper response / action.
- Finally a faulty vaccum cleaner was delievered.
- Again logged complaint with call center (Asked to reopen the case ) and complained with Sales rep / Manager.
- Faulty machine was taken back for replacement..Till now there is no followup / new machine delievered.
It is almost 1 month, I am still suffering and asked to refund the amount. Please arrange to refund the amount.
