I had engaged the service of Abhijeet Edlabadkar-a web-designer from Vision Websters-Contact No: 9870490002 for designing website. He initially was giving big claims about his services and his result-orientation .He send us a payment link for payment being 100% advance saying that he was topmost web-designer in India and designed several websites belonging to top corporate houses in India, which being fraudulent misleading information.
He sends a Performa website, which was just opposite of what he had claimed. It was just piece of junk. We informed him about this and he assured that he would improve his creativity and assured sending second sample Performa website.
In mean while, he become very unresponsive, rude, manner less and made us believe that we are his debtors. He would pick up our calls, nor respond and say that he is burdened with work and will see about our website designing.
After considerable follow up and several reminders through mobiles, he send second sample website that too only page one, which was also unfinished. It was the worst work of creativity.
We talked with him, but he was adamant that this is only he can do, and usually he does not take personalized orders and started adversely behaving.
Later we decided on 1 June, 2011, that we have had enough of this unprofessional person, if he was not able to match our expectations he should have not taken up the project. Taking into consideration his unprofessional behavior, adamancy, lack of creativity and false claims, we put forward claim for refund.
Upon, this, he threatened us by mail, that either you take my service, which being that junk website or else forget the amount paid.
He even dared to call us for refund.
He never informed us about his lack of intellectual property. He did not assure us proper service even when fees had being paid.
We have neither utilized his committed service nor is he responsive about reversal of payment. Also, he did not provide any provide receipt about payment made.
He is not refunding the payment made and threatens about forgetting the amount paid in name of charity.
I request you to kindly help us out by giving your valuable judgment.
