Hi,
I had requested 2 aqua-guard infinity models for my bunglow in Khar Mumbai. Mr. Vinay Pandey(cell-9323427560) was the sales person who gave me one Infinity model for my 1st floor and said that a booster model would be required for the 2nd floor. We said that we never needed a booster before and were not agreeable to his opinion. He however said that if it were to give a problem the company would willingly replace it. Surprisingly it so happens now that after installation on the 23.4.2011 the machine started leaking the very next week. I lodged a complaint and was told by the visiting tecntion that the booster machine is not required and ou should have it replaces. His name was Dinesh(9969488714).I have lodged complaints at least 15 times after that and no one has turned up to see or atend the problem. All they assure me of is that some one will come oner in 24 hours, but it never happens. Now Sir, I have a water filter that has been leaking for 24 hours a day since 23.4.2011 and the Eureka Forbes people have turned a deaf ear to all my complaints. After calling Mr. Pandey and onr Mr. Jha they either do not answer your call nd in Mr. Pandeys case speak rudely to you. I would appreciate you treating this matter with some urgency as we are now wasting state resources by letting products leak for months. I am extremely disappointed with this attitude from Eureka Forbes and am willing to go public and issue advertisements in the news papers if necessary.
